Cookie Advantage is a Cookie Francise Company and Client Follow-Up/Retention Program that was designed to develop a relationship between businesses and their customers. It was founded in 1998 by President Duane Carns and his wife and partner, Kim, a couple with a combined 40 years of marketing experience, as well as strong business and sales backgrounds. Duane is also a former airline captain, even providing piloting services to Walmart’s Sam Walton and family. The Carns know business, they know sales, and they know customer satisfaction.
