Facilities
We will work with you to find a customer gift box production facility and can offer guidelines on working with your local Health Department to ensure that the location meets all local regulations. These are typically more relaxed than a full food-service facility, and with good processes for cleanliness the guidelines are not difficult to meet.

Training
Upon signing your franchise opportunity agreement, you will be invited to come to our Tulsa, Oklahoma corporate office for your initial 3-day training. We will walk through all of our systems, from the ordering process for your clients via our website, to receiving your customer gift boxes, to doing the in-house preparation of the packages and promotional items, to producing our top-notch baked goods for the packages, and packaging up the final, customized packages for quick shipment.

When your initial 3 day training is completed we will schedule to come to your facility when you open to train you further. We will also go out and make sales calls together in your territory. Then a week to 10 days later we will return to make follow up calls with you, typically will close at least one initial sale for you.

Gift Package Production
We will provide you with our equipment and ingredient vendor list required to bake the cookies and brownies that make up the treats in our customer gift boxes, as well as the equipment needed to prepare the package itself and the enclosed mugs or tumblers. This printing is done 100% in-house. We will train you on the use of our custom templates for the packages to customize them for your client, our in-house designers are available to work with you if needed. We receive significant discounts on shipping due to our volume and print the shipping labels for you from our fulfillment system. Production is made easy, and we’re there to provide support at any time, as needed.

Ongoing Support
After the training you will begin making sales calls of your own to build your customer base. If at any point you have questions or need support, you will have access to our cell phones 24 hours a day. Since we operate the same business in our town, we know the issues that can come up, and have probably faced any challenge that a franchise owner will. We’re happy to provide support or advice at any time.

Systems Support
As you make sales, your customers will log their orders on our Cookie Advantage website. You will log in with your credentials to pick up those orders – there is no need to create any part of the order taking or processes process, it’s all been established for you. Payments are made via our website as well.

We provide an accounting system for you to keep track of your financial transactions.
